The availability of each article is indicated on the decription page of the product.
The site automatically verifies the stock with our warehouse as well as our producers and informs you of the availability of each article.

to the indicated date of expedition from our warehouse.
You need to then add the delivery period of 3 to 6 days
by FEDEX.
If you order several items, it's possible that they will not all be available at the same time.
You will receive your articles separately according to their availability.

Most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled. Only the larger items are to be assembled by the client. When assembly is necessary, it will be clearly indicated in the decription of the product.
But not to worry: the assembly of these items is extremely easy and does not require any specific tools.
As you select your articles, click "Add to shopping cart". This button is on every decriptive page of a product just below the description.
Once all of your articles have been added, click o the link "My shopping cart".
You will then see a list of all of your items as well as their prices, quantities and grand total.
Before continuing your order you can add or delete articles. We suggest that you verify all of the information about your order before continuing.
You must also verify that it is possible to deliver your furniture by normal access to your building (stairs, elevator, door). To do this, verify the dimensions of each article that you order. These dimensions are indicated on the description page of each product.
To continue your order, click on the button "Order now". The site will then guide you all the way through to the payment and final validation.
It is possible to follow the status of your order in real time.
To find out the status of your order, go to "My account" and sign in with the reference of your order that was sent to you through e-mail.
You will then see what step of processing your order is at.

When you receive your articles you should verify that there is no damage and that the articles are in the shape that you ordered them.
If there is a problem with your order, you should specify the problem if possible on the receipt of delivery and contact our customer service department within 24 hours.

FrenchTouchDeco offers home delivery everywhere in the United States.
DELIVERY OF FURNITURE :
For every order of furniture superior or equal in price to $950 with taxes included, FrenchTouchDeco offers the home delivery free of price.
For every order of furniture inferior in price to $950 with taxes included, a $69 participation fee with tax included will be asked of you for the transportation of your order.
DELIVERY OF SMALL FURNITURE AND DECORATION ITEMS :
Your small furniture and decoration items are sent through mail in boxes. You will be asked a participation fee of $10 with tax included per item for delivery, with a maximum of $69. For every order with a total price superior or equal to $950 with tax included, FrenchTouchDeco offers the home delivery free of price.
The delay of delivery with FEDEX is from 3 to 6 days. This
delay period is added to the time of availability of the
article.
You are allowed a period of 8 days after the delivery of the product to cancel all or part of your order and to return the product(s) at your own cost.

FrenchTouchDeco proposes two methods of payment, a secure online payment by credit card and a payment by bank trasfer. To know more, please consult our Payments page.
We have chosen the PAYPAL solution for secure credit card paiment.
For the online payment of your order, you are automatically transfered to the PAYPAL serveur by means of a secure SSL transaction. The information concerning your credit card are registered uniquely in the PAYPAL database.
In no way will we receive, register or conserve any element concerning your credit card. After validation of your PAYPAL payment, you will be automatically retransfered to our site. The personal information contained in the "cookie" will then be deleted.
We assure the confidentiality of any personal information given during all physical, electronic and administrative procedures. On every page that requires an input of personal information, we use a standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) coding.
